Letterhead

This is my final design for the letterhead. This will be the template that the organisation used when they are preparing letters to send out to people. It allows other people to easily recognise the company when they receive a letter. The requirements set by the clients were for it to be on A4 sized paper, it must a resolution of 300ppi, it should have the organisation’s slogan and must have space for written communication.

Step 1:

Screenshot 2

This screenshot shows the text that I have added to the letterhead. I was asked in the specification to include the name of the organisation and their slogan. I have used a vertical text typing tool, located in the tool bar, to add variation to the design.

Step 2:

Screenshot 1

This screenshot shows that I have added area dividers into the letterhead. I drew a shape from the tool bar to achieve this drawing.  I have done this to clearly separate the title area and side borders from the main test typing area so that it is easy to read for the user and so that the client can see where to put their content.

Step 3:

Letterhead

This screenshot shows that I have implemented appropriate images onto the letterhead. I was asked to include to logo on this document by the organisation. I did this by clicking “File” and “Open” to import the right images onto Photoshop. I have also included social media links so that whoever is reading the letter can contact the organisation about the services that they offer. This is the final design that I will send off to the organisation.
